Alexander Liu, M.D., began seeing patients at McHenry Medical Group in November 2009. After receiving his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, Dr. Liu interned and completed a residency program in general surgery at UCLA. He then completed a residency in urology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and was chief resident in his final year. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a fellow, American College of Surgeons. Before moving to Modesto, Dr. Liu was a staff urologist with The Permanente Medical Group in Redwood City, California.

Brian T. McCaffrey, M.D., received his medical degree in Dublin, Ireland, and interned at the Brooklyn-Cumberland Medical Center in New York, where he completed a residency program in internal medicine. He then completed a second residency in urology at Downstate Kings County Medical Center, where he was chief resident in his final year. He was a special fellow in urological oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. McCaffrey is an assistant professor on the clinical faculty of the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He maintains memberships in several regional and national medical societies, including the American Urological Association, the California Medical Association, and the American Fertility Society.
